Pine Culture
Pine is aware that its ability to attract and retain people and promote their development through offering consistent value proposals results in a sustainable competitive advantage.
Our mission is to guide and support people management in the Organization, so as to guarantee the generation and support of value proposals which attract and retain the best talents, promoting their development and allowing the Bank to be increasingly competitive and successful.
One of Pine’s pilars is its meritocratic culture. All employees of revenue-generating areas are subject to quantitatively precise performance evaluation models which measure their individual and team contributions and establish a reference for their recognition.
Support areas also possess a model for evaluating targets, objectives and competencies that serves as a reference for recognition. Evaluations are discussed with managers and employees and are the main mechanism for individual development.
Pine University offers technical and behavioral qualification programs, most of which are developed by internal instructors. Many courses are open to all employees, who can register according to their individual planning.
Integration programs are aimed at ensuring that new professionals are provided with all the information and guidance they need for the successful performance of their new assignments.
The Bank also invests in programs to increase employee qualification by offering scholarships for courses, MBA programs and graduate school, which are deemed fundamental to the institution´s sustainability.
Pine has a talent planning process, allowing executives to invest their time in a structured and continuous manner to discuss performance, potential, acknowledgement packages, and the succession plan for key positions in the Bank. Thus, Banco Pine´s talents are continually monitored to ensure the full development of their potential;
In order to retain its personnel, in addition to investing in their professional development, Banco Pine maintains a compensation program (fixed salary, profit sharing, stock option plan and corporate program) which aligns short, medium and long-term objectives.
Our culture is marked by agility and business dynamism. In order to take quick and effective actions, our organizational structure is horizontal, with few hierarchical levels, thus facilitating the decision-making process. We seek an open and inviting work environment, focused on problem-solving, team work, and respect in all relationships.
